Lots of questions as to our address lately so I thought I would re-post the info. We have been going through some "updates" to our clubhouse and the Tattoo shop sign is now gone! If you are using Google or Mapquest for directions make sure to type in N Center or they will send you in the wrong direction!

Our next public meeting will be held on Thursday, Feb 18 at 7:00pm. Hope this clears up any confusion!

As most of you already know, Shy & Mike were strongarmed by leo on Wednesday and had everything destroyed or taken. Coercion, color of the law, call it what you will but it comes down to simple abuse of power and scare tactics in my book.  As both a patient & a caregiver I am outraged at how rights have been violated, and if we fail to stand up for our rights then we all stand to lose.

For those of you looking for more instruction in medicinal oil preparation, we will be offering a class on Saturday, December 12. Class space is limited to 10 as this will be a hands on setting. Topics will include cannabis preparation, base oil selection, herbal extraction methods and basic herbalogy. Participants will help make a batch of oil, and so this class is open to DCH registered card holders (patient/caregiver) only.

Thought I would post this link from the New York Times. This is the flip-side of Obama's guidelines and we all need to aware. Even though this article is not specifically based on Michigan it still affects us. There are townships around us that are "discussing" bans right now. Please re-visit the government info blog for links to your local government officials and how to contact them.
