questions about growing in a rented house?

just wondering if any one eles had the same issue......i am currently renting a house  and when i  signed my lease, i also signed a paper that said i would  not poses,smoke,or grow any marijane on the property,but at that point i was not interested in it now i am... do i have to tell my landlord  that im a patient  and because im a patient  will it cover me while im growing my cannibus in his house, can he evict me for not following the lease,   or should i just wait until my lease is up???

Your right if your signed a real lease then you did more than likely sign a piece of paper saying that you wouldn't

have cannabis in your home.  But...it all depends on the landlord or home ower.  If they are for MM then they will understand

if against.  Yes, by law they can evict you, even though it's considered medication by law and you are a patient.  But just as they did

this man with Walmart.  Even if walmart was to take him back, they would wait for the first screw up then they would fire him.  (wink)

So i'm sure even, if you did start and didn't say anything just chanced it then,.It all breaks down to

( How do they really feel, cause that's the only way I can see this coming out postive).  Other wise they will catch you slipping up and evict or

worse they can even sign a page from OMNI saying they allow them to search.... If she hasn't given you permission...man.. tricky ..

Not so sure...I would chance it with out clearing it first.
