Legislation Limiting MJ factories to 10

Looking for links to Michigan legislation introduced to limit the MJ factories to 10. I know I read about it online, but can't find any link to the articles. I want to contact legislators and prevent the business rights to only 10 entities.  Please post any links to this information so we can act!
