account setup

I have mispelled my username and would like to change it but can find no way of doing so. Also I thought I would just deleat the account and start over but I can find no way to delete a user account. Anyone kown how I can fix this let me know. I do not want to have to make up a new email address  just to be able to correct the usename I want but the edit accout options here are lacking at best. Please help.
