Our goal is to help assist patients /caregivers with a referral system that will assist them in finding a positive patient/caregiver relationship. This relationship will be based on the needs of the patient and the availability of the caregiver and their experience.

If you are interested in participating with this committee please let me know as I would like to

have a good idea of how many will be attending. Also if this time is not good for you let me

so I can inform you of the materials we went over and how we can better the MM community!
